In an age of technological advancement, keeping up with the rules, regulations, and research requires a dedicated workforce. The FAA needs to recruit the best scientists and engineers, pilots and mechanics. we aimed to showcase the diversity of the workforce and the big-picture impact of even the smallest administrative task. We conducted a number of interviews with FAA employees to find out what it was they loved about their jobs. This bed of interview content provided source material for a variety of future initiatives, something that we alluded to with the ‘story verse’ ideas. The interviews provided us with material for a variety of social campaigns and micro-documentaries.
